Track Clips

• These track clips replace the OEM clips that come on the track from the factory.  The OEM clips only provide a less resistant surface on the bottom of the wearstrip (slide), but not on the sides.  When racing, every time a turn is made there is centrifugal force pushing the wearstrip against the rubber lug of the track and thus slows down the sled.  You can sometimes see this clearly in oval racing when a sled pulls ahead in the straights but everyone catches them in the corners.  These track clips not only provide a smooth surface on the bottom of the wearstrip but also on the side.

• When installing these track clips you DO NOT need to replace every OEM clip with these.  Replacing every other clip is sufficient to significantly reduce drag.  The Arctic Cat requires 32 track clips to replace every other OEM clip.
