Shipping & Handling

 

How much is shipping & handling?

Although our standard shipping method is UPS ground delivery, all continental United States shipments will be via UPS, USPS, Federal Express, or DHL at our discretion.  Standard shipping & handling rates are based on total transaction amount and are currently: $0-$99.99 = $11.99, $100-$199.99 = $15.99, $200-$299.99 = $19.99, $300-$399.99 = $24.99, $400 and more = $29.99.  Faster shipping options are available and prices may vary.  A $7.50 charge is added for C.O.D. shipments.  There will be a $10 delivery surcharge applied, if the carrier, (i.e. Fedex) determines that address supplied by the customer is incorrect. Please enter addresses carefully. Orders which are returned to us because recipient was not available and/or packages refused without being delivered may be accessed a $10 shipping fee.

International orders will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. On average, International shipments arrive within 2-5 business days, but are then sometimes delayed at customs. We offer no guarantees for International delivery times. There may be additional custom duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that will have to be paid upon delivery of the shipment. We do not know if or what these charges are in advance, as they are not charged by us. They are charged by government at the delivery location. Please check with your government to determine your possible charges before you order.

 

Are items in stock?

We pride ourselves in stocking most all of the more popular products we sell.  With the infinite number of products we have available to us and in order to maintain lower costs for our customers, unfortunately we can't stock all items.  Turn-around on products not in stock are still usually same day due to having local distributors, but sometimes can be 1 to 5 days.

Many internet resellers do what is called "drop-shipping." This is where the company you are buying from is not the company actually sending you the item. This process usually causes delays in you getting what you ordered or you receive the wrong item. At Olson Brother's Ultimate Performance Sales (OBUPS), we always have the product delivered to us for inspection prior to shipping it to you to ensure you receive the correct quality products the first time.  At our discretion we may "drop-ship" if the customer has a special time sensitive need and our manufacturer supports drop-shipping.

Although rare, it is still possible for us and our distributors to be out of an orderable item, especially our international distributors.  If we are out of an item we will do everything possible to acquire it quickly and/or communicate to you the estimated time of arrival.

 

When will my order ship?

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) BEFORE 9AM central time usually ships the SAME DAY.

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) AFTER 10AM central time will ship the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

  • Orders placed Saturday or Sunday, will usually ship on MONDAY (excluding Holidays).

  • You will be notified of any delay in processing your order via email or phone, providing that information is supplied with your order.

 

When will I receive my order?

If you choose the standard 3-day ground shipping you will receive your order in a maximum of 3 business days after it ships. (i.e. Order Monday before 9AM - Receive Thursday). Depending upon your location you may actually receive it quicker.

If you choose "2nd Day Air" you should receive your order 2 business days after it ships. (i.e. Order Monday before 9AM - Receive Wednesday)

If you choose "Next Day Air" you should receive your order 1 business day after it ships. (i.e. Order Monday before 9AM - Receive Tuesday)

 

Sales Tax

 

Will sales tax be added to my order?

Sales tax is only added to orders being shipped to Minnesota residence at the current rate of 6.5%, and will be viewable during the checkout process.

 

Return Policy

 

How long do I have to make a return?

Olson Brother's Ultimate Performance Sales (OBUPS) gives you a full 14 calendar days to return any items purchased as long as they are still new, unused, and in the original packaging. You will receive credit for the purchase price of the item (shipping & handling charges are not refunded) We replace defective items with the same item only, also within 14 calendar days.  There are no returns allowed for special order items.

 

What do I need to do for a return?

Preferably email RETURNS  and notify us of the problem and when to expect your return, or call customer service at 651-462-9077 (outside the twin cities 1-888-999-3211).  Your return must be sent to Olson Brothers - 24245 Thames St. NE - Stacy, MN  55079 with the original packing invoice.  Your account will be credited within 48 hours of receiving your return.

 

Are there any restrictions or restocking charges?

We do not charge a restocking fee of any kind at this time, but we are not able to refund the original shipping & handling charges.

 

What if my order is wrong or damaged?

We do our best to package your items as well as possible and to be as thorough as we can. Unfortunately there are sometimes problems with items getting damaged in transit or human errors in shipping. All we ask is that you contact us via email at CUSTOMER immediately or call 651-462-9077 (outside the twin cities 1-888-999-3211) to let us know and we will make sure your problem is resolved as soon as possible. You will not pay for any additional charges even if you have to return the product to us. We want to make sure your order is right. Olson Brother's Ultimate Performance Sales can not be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages incurred for ANY reason including, but not limited to, compatibility, product defects, delays and or typographical errors.
